Dance session
In summer the banks of the Seine play host to a series of free open air events, with live music and dancing. These range from traditional folk jamborees with violins and accordions to improvised sound systems blasting out ragga and hip hop or sensual salsa sounds. A popular spot is around Quay de Bercy which attracts a wide diversity of sounds and people. It’s a great way to hear traditional French music from the country’s different regions and appreciate the musical diversity of the French capital
