Das vorab gebuchte Zimmer war extrem dunkel, klein und besass eine laut klappernde Lüftungsanlage. Die versprochene Aussicht führte auf einen unattraktiven Innenhof.
Nachdem ich mich beschwert hatte, bekam ich zum selben Preis ein sehr schönes,helles und viel größeres Zimmer angeboten. |

El alojamiento era correcto, según lo esperado, aunque en la reserva se indicaba que habÃa balcón con vistas, y la habitación que me asignaron tenÃa una ventana al patio. |
