There are 34 rooms in total, with a selection of either single, double or twin, spread evenly throughout a 6 store building with elevator. All are comfortable and welcoming; some include a view on a small indoor patio while others even come with a full balcony. All come equipped with a private bathroom, shower or tub, not to mention a hairdryer, satellite TV, direct phone line, alarm clock, wifi / modem connection, safe for valuables, air conditioning and heating. Front desk reception is open 24 hours a day. Breakfast is not included but is available for an additional 7,50€ per person.This is an ideal accommodation for those who specifically arrive by train to the French capital, seeing as to how the Gare de Lyon and the Gare d'Austerlitz are very close by. Among the points of interest which can be found within walking distance, the visitor will find the Opera, the Bastille and the Arsenal Port- or Port de l'Arsenal- a tiny yet beautiful canal which splits off directly from the Seine River. 1 minute away from that is the Place des Vosges, one of the nicest Paris has to offer. A mere 5 minutes away the visitor will find the always lively Marais neighbourhood. A 5 minute metro ride will take you to the Hôtel de Ville- Paris' city hall- and the Louvre Museum.
