Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis war völlig in Ordnung. Jedoch war der Zustand Unterkunft nicht wirklich top. Die Einrichtung war alt und teilweise demoliert. Die Türe klemmte und man brachte sie fast nicht auf, bzw. zu. Die Bettwäsche war aber sauber und die Matratze sehr konfortabel. Das Badezimmer war alt und die Platten am Boden kaputt. Jedoch war es immer sauber und mit frischer Frottewäsche ausgestattet. Da das Zimmer eher günstig war, haben wir auch nicht einen SUPER Standard erwartet. Zugverbindung war vielleicht nicht ganz so einfach und nahe wie "geworben".

Con tutto quello che era indicato nella pubblicità dell'Hotel(fhoon asciugamani accappatoi ciabatte)queste mancavano. Mio marito doveva asciugarsi con l'unico asciugamano a disposizione provando a chiedere più volte in direzione di porre un'altro asciugamano grande e piccolo in bagno. Data la difficotà della lingua siamo riusciti comunque a far capire che mancavano gli asciugamani e non sono mai stati consegnati.

location ok, a definite plus was the shopping center that had everything right in front of us. we saved money walking an hour to and back from the closest metro station, so we wouldn't have to pay the RER into paris, which was a bit costly to do every day. If you don't mind walking and want to have a cheap accomodation, go for it!

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis der Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall in Ordnung, ich habe hier jetzt auch wieder gebucht. Die Leute an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war groß, sauber und erfüllte in dieser Hinsicht alle meine Wünsche. Es war allerdings auch sehr hellhörig, so dass man Türenschließen der Nachbarn und Gespräche bzw. Beischlaflaute sehr gut hören konnte. Diese Art von Lärm gab es die ganze Nacht über bis 4 Uhr morgens. Ich wollte ursprünglich 4 Nächte bleiben; in der ersten Nacht wurde auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz mein Auto aufgebrochen, zusammen mit einem zweiten Fahrzeug, und seitens des Hotels keinerlei Versuch gemacht, die Wagenhalter zu informieren. Fairerweise muss ich dazu sagen, dass sie mein Kennzeichen nicht hatten, aber man hätte trotzdem mehr tun können. Ich habe es selber dann erst am Abend darauf festgestellt. Ich bin früher abgereist, auch weil die Unterstützung seitens des Hotels nicht wirklich gut war. Man konnte mir nicht mal die Adresse der nächsten Polizeistation geben, und ich bekam nur eine Übernachtung erstattet. Die Umgebung halte ich zu bestimmten Zeiten nicht für sicher, d.h. es handelt sich um eine Arbeitergegend mit hohem Ausländeranteil, ist aber nicht die klassische Banlieue. Zum Bahnhof Rosny Bois Perrier braucht man zu Fuß 10 Minuten, bis zum Haussmann / St. Lazare dann noch mal ca 15 Minuten. Kosten der Fahrt einfach 2,20 EURO. Es gibt in der Nähe einen Liddl sowie ein MacDonald sowie einen sehr großes Einkaufszentrum mit kaufhausähnlichem Charakter.
