The apartment is ideal for two or three people. It is southward facing and gives onto a patio and private gardens, which makes the atmosphere even more peaceful. There is a private bathroom with a spectacular shower and a hair dryer; a kitchen bar which is well-equipped (dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and tea pot) and well stocked thanks to the owner who always makes sure guests have everything they need. At the apartment you will also find a very sunny living room with a TV and Internet connection as well as a bedroom with a king-size double bed. A single bed may be added to accommodate a third guest. The apartment boasts wooden flooring and beautiful views of the neighbourhood. Children under 5 years of age that do not require their own bed may stay for free. A laundry service is available at an extra charge.

Young couple
The apartment was in a great area, very close to metro and great food shops, and was clean and cozy. Looks a bit bigger in the pictures and is more of a studio. Perfect for a couple.

My wife and I loved the apartment. The pictures from Paris 35 were spot on. It was right in the center of Montmatre and it took about 3 minutes to walk there from the metro. I would recommend the place to anyone.

the flat was very nice, clean and confortable. the only minus was that there was no elevator. 5th floor without elevator...it was training for fitness!

Nous étions un peu inquiet que les très belles photos vues sur le site internet de PARIS35 ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Ce ne fut pas le cas.
Le logement, situé dans un quartier très animé, Montmartre, est très calme car il donne sur une cour intérieur et non pas sur la rue.
Il est extrêmement fonctionnel et très agréable à vivre. Nous y retournerons très volontiers car nous nous y sommes senti comme chez nous.
De plus notre contact sur place, Fazia, est une personne très charmante et serviable qui nous a accueilli chaleureusement et nous a donné de très bons conseils.

部屋は日本の１Kと同じ。コンビルームとはこの部屋の場合、ダブルベッドの下からマットレスを引っ張り出す仕組みなのでベッドはダブル１つと思った方がよい。パリでは一般的だがバスタブはなく、エレベーターもない。観光で疲れた足に5回までの螺旋階段はかなり辛い。たまの鍵が開かないなどのトラブルにも自分たちで対処するべし（ホテルではない為フロントはなく、オーナーもすぐには来てはくれない） 以上のような細かな注意点はあるが全体的にはロケーションもよく清潔でオススメできると思う。ホテルより広くて快適、キッチンは何でも揃っていて食費のかかるパリでは大活躍だった。
