Location was excellent, staff very nice, but found the room, in particular its upkeep and cleanliness, sub-par.

従業員は基本的にみな親切です。しかし、部屋のライトが切れていたり、ベッドがしずんだり、ホテルの名前が変わっていたり、駅からも15分くらいかかりました。あの値段ならこの程度かという感じです。

Sistemazione ottima, peccato solo che avevamo prenotato una camera doppia con colazione inclusa e all'arrivo in albergo abbiamo avuto la "bella" notizia che la colazione in realtà non era inclusa nel prezzo e se la volevamo il costo era di 8 euro a persona al giorno...

This is an excellent place for people who want to save their money. The staff was polite and the room was rather comfortable. But there were some details: holed furnishing and shower cabin with peeled off paint. But I liked the room any way.

Staff at reception were welcoming and helpful in terms of information about transport and sights in Paris. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was always kept clean. The room was airconditioned and the double glazed windows meant we did not have traffic noise even though the room overlooked a busy street. Would certainly book this place again.
