el hostal esta excelente y te ayudan a que tu estancia sea mejor y si viajas sola estan al pendiente de ti.

posizione centralissima, hotel "spartano" ma sufficiente alle esigenze di chi deve dormire e poco più

la posizione dell'hostal è centralissima, a piedi si possono raggiungere vari luoghi interessanti da visitare come plaza mayor ed il palazzo reale. a pochi metri anche la fermata della metro e la zona commerciale.

Ideale per chi cerca l'essenziale. Pulito, semplice e logisticamente eccellente.

The place was clean and seemed secure. Other than that it very basic. The beds were too short for us and the room was very small...so was the bathroom. There was a lot of smoke in the hallways. No one at the reception desk (usually not staffed)spoke English or could give us any advise.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, jedoch dass Zimmer (Innenhofausrichtung, dunkel, starker Geruch, sehr hellhörig, Preis/Leistung ist nicht vergleichbar) hat überhaupt nicht unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen. Das Personal dagegen war sehr nett.

sinceramente non sono di molte pretese ed'il servizio era piu' che soddisfacente, oltretutto la struttura e' situata in un posto strategico. cosa aggiungere il servizio frigo bar.......... a pagamento s'intende

Per quello che ho pagato, ritengo di avere goduto di un'ottima sistemazione. Consiglio vivamente il Santa Cruz a chi vuole muoversi comodamente nel centro città senza dovere necessariamente usare la metro. In ogni caso la fermata della metro è a cento metri. Le stanze sono pulitissime e confortevoli. Piccolo appunto sulla gestione .... non si è mai visto nessuno, tranne che il giorno in cui sono arrivato!

Ubicazione perfetta, è in centro città.pulizia buona, camere piccole ma più che suff. per un soggiorno in città.Direi tutto ok.Da consigliare anche per il prezzo.

The accomodation was clean and the situation of this hostel is excellent. Otherwise I didn´t like noice of corridor in the hostel. It sounded like there was somebody with me in my room though I was there alone.

Confort et propreté : trés bien emplacement central : parfait les moins bons cotés : le bruit (rue mais aussi chambres voisines) et le froid (j'aurais aimé un minimum de chauffage par 6° dehors)

Excellent central location with good views over a beatiful square, good hard beds and spotlessly clean attractively decorated rooms. Staff very helpful, friendly and spoke English.

The hotel is very clean, people careful and friendly. More than this, it is located in the center of Madrid, near to Plaza Mayor. We were very happy for this accomodation, and probably we will come back again. The bill was the exact amount indicated by 30madrid.com (no surprises of any kind!!!). No breakfast in the hotel, but this is not a problem in the middle of Madrid!!!

The hotel and the room were clean. But big issue, electric heaters were shut down in the morning and no reopened before 7 pm. That's mean that it was impossible to stay in the room in the afternoon as it was so cold. And the nights were overheated stifling

La localisation de l'Hostal Santa Cruz est parfaite, à deux pas de la Plaza Mayor et du métro Sol. Les chambres sont bien aménagées, l'ensemble de l'établissement est coquet et l'on s'y sent bien. Seuls défauts (de notre chambre): nous étions mitoyens du couloir de l'immeuble, d'où un peu trop de bruit le matin, et notre fenêtre donnait sur une cour intérieure et pas sur la place. Mais à part ces détails, je recommande vraiment cet hôtel pour un week-end prolongé sympa à Madrid...

La chambre 14 était très bien, seul bémol,la fenêtre donne sur une courette intérieure très étroite. Au 2ème étage,impossible de voir la lumière du jour !

Ottima sistemazione che consente di raggiungere, in pochi minuti, il centro e i maggiori monumenti e piazze. Hostal accogliente, pulito, personale cortese e disponibile. Non ho trovato accappatoio e ciabatte che erano indicate come dotazione standard.

The staff was super friendly, the room was very charming, though small, and everything was clean and comfortable. Great location.

Nous avons trouvé la chambre excellente sous tous les points de vue. Il manquait juste dix centimètres supplémentaires entre la cuvette des toilettes et la porte de ces mêmes toilettes. Pour le reste tout était très agréable et d'un fonctionnement parfait.

la camera era un poco stretta:tra il letto e il muro c'era giusto lo spazio per passare. per il resto tutto bene:il bagno era pulito e confortevole e la reception gentile e disponibile. in definitiva: buono.

Ottima sistemazione, centrale e ben servito, con bar, locali, negozi e vicina stazione della metropolitana. Tranquillo la notte. Il personale è molto gentile e le camere pulite e accoglienti. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Tornando a Madrid rialloggerei in questo Hostal!

Le point fort de l'Hôtel SANTA CRUZ est qu'il est situé au coeur du quartier historique de Madrid et à portée de tout : boutiques, restaurants et rue piétonnes. Le parking est à deux pas. Il est un peu bruyant mais confortable et propre.

Une nuit a été très bruyante la personne de garde n'a rien pu faire. les personnes en question n'ont tenu aucun compte des remarques des autres clients (il était entre 02.30 et 03.00h)

Very good location between plaza del Sol and plaza Mayor. surprisingly quiet. Comfortable beds big room but it would have been much better with a nice arm-chair to sit on.

Hostal muy céntrico sencillo limpio austero clásico i con un cierto encanto en el salón y en la entrada. En general muy bien. Si tengo ocasión repetiré.

Les chambres qui donnent sur la rue sont bruyantes et un peu étroites. Les parois entre chambres sont trop peu épaisses et nisolent pas assez du bruit. Lhôtel reste très bien placé.

Lhôtel santa cruz est lendroit rêvé pour découvrir madrid. A 50 mètres de la plaza mayor pour un prix hyper faible il est idéal. la déco est simple le personnel quon a croisé très sympa. Seul bémol mais on pinaille les chambres sont très petites et très mal insonorisées les unes des autres. Si ce nest ça le santa cruz sera notre pied à terre dans la capitale madrilène.

Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre de Madrid à proximité du métro des sites à visiter des commerces dans une rue piétonne. Accueil sympathique malgré notre arrivée tardive minuit. Un seul petit point négatif : notre chambre juste à côté de la lingerie nétait pas insonorisée --> bruit du lave linge des portes qui grincent.

Great location in the centre of Madrid and within walking distance to most things. Easy to get to from the Airport by Metro too. General condition was very good and I think it had been recently redeveloped. Very inexpensive although we did stay in January so not sure about peak season so great value in terms of location. Make sure you have some 1 euro coins for the safe in the bedrooms. A bit annoying as the money is non-refundable which means you have to put more in every time you want to put something in or take out.

this was the perfect place to stay. the shower was brilliant the towels fresh and new and the bedclothes crisp and well-laundered. very good value for money - near everything we wanted to see and do.

le bruit est un problème surtout celui venant de lintérieur et lié au manque disolation des chambres et à lindiscipline des clients. Que les hôteliers veillent au respect des règles de vie dans un hôtel merci.

Perfectly situated friendly and clean. Only the toiletroom was a bit too small.
