Hotel Cronstadt, Paris

nous avons pris deux chambres, dans chacune,les murs de la salle de bain étaient moisis, une odeur de pourri en sortait. pas de lumière dans la salle de bain, miroir cassé.

Hotel calme car rue à sens unique. Personnel agréable. Petit déjeuner copieux. Seul point faible l'insonorisation entre les chambres...

Waited until just before checkout to shower and there was no hot water left. :( There was hot water the first day, so I guess we would try to shower earlier next time. Would definitely stay again though. Good value and easy walk to two Metro stations. Longer walk to Gare du Nord and Opera, but still walking distance.

Hôtel bien placé à Paris, quartier riche en commerces de proximité;un bon rapport qualité/prix. Personnel sympathique et décontracté, on se sent vite chez soi.. Un peu de rénovation dans les chambres serait nécessaire mais dans ce cas le prix des chambres changerait certainement.

Le logement était exigu et très sale. La peinture du plafond se décollait. On n'arrivait pas à distinguer la couleur d'origine de la moquette. Personne forte s'abstenir, la porte était étroite et pourrie. Nous y sommes restés une heure et nous sommes partis.

The service was excellent and the staff very welcoming. They gave me information on the city and were helpful in every way. The room was very cheerful and pleasant. Excellent experience. And just a short walk to the train station.

Tout était parfait pour nous.Chambre petite certes mais calme, propre,literie de qualité.Un petit bémol pour la salle de bain.Tâche(noire) de moisissure au plafond,porte serviette cassé,néon au-dessus du miroir en panne,mais plafonnier ok,couvercle de la poubelle cassé.Celà ne m'a pas posé problème,mais peut en poser à d'autres...Petit déjeuner très bien.Personnel très sympa.

L'hotel è in una buona posizione.La stanza è piccola e il bagno molto piccolo ma nel complesso si sta bene e non ci sono stati problemi.colazione semplice,personale abbastanza disponibile.unici aspetti negativi il non poter apreire la finestra perchè bloccata e l'ascensore non disponibile.

sono stato all'hotel per 4 notti, la sua posizione è ottima, ed è ben collocata vicino a metro..ma sopratutto è in una zona dove ci sono molti ristoranti italiani..il rapporto qualita prezzo è ottimo! il personale ben accogliente..

the elevator does not go to all floors. I was on the top floor and had to take the stairs the final stage. Other than this, I found the room very comfortable, and was very pleased with the value for money. The staff were very friendly & helpful.

E' una zona molto tranquilla poco rumorosa.L'hotel è molto vicino alla fermata CADET della metro,il bagno è comodo ma la moquette è molto vecchia insiema all'ascensore.La colazione è buona.

La situación del hotel es ideal,hay una parada de metro muy cerca. El personal muy amable. El desayuno correcto. La relación calidad-precio esta bien, el hotel necesita un poco de reforma pero la habitación está bastante bien. Para visitar Paris lo recomiendo. Saludos

Tout semble défraichi par rapport aux photos du site (surtout la moquette de la chambre 10) sauf les sanitaires dans la chambre (très bien). Bémol : TV couleur mais pas de satellite ni TNT et pas de réveil contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur votre site. Je n'ai rien vraiment à reprocher et tout le reste est conforme à la description. Prestation excellente pour le rapport qualité prix vraiment excellent pour le 9e arrondissement. Merci

Hotel ottimo per il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

A due passi dal metro e cmq a pochi minuti di passeggiata da Montmartre e dai grand boulevard, curato e accogliente, l'hotel cromstadt ha un unica pecca: risulta un po' rumoroso (porte che sbattono e cigolii di pavimenti). Per il resto comodissimo.

logement tout à fait correct, personnel accueillant, bien situé. Le seul point négatif est que c'est relativeent mal insonorisé mais pour quelques nuits on peut faire avec.

The room was extremely small. The walls between rooms were very thin meaning that you could hear every noise from every room on the floor. Staff were friendly,however, but could do nothing to help when we asked for an extra pillow for my husband.

Das gebuchte Dreibettzimmer war sauber und größer als in anderen 2-Sterne-Hotels in Paris. Der Service war gut. Als Frühstück gibt es ein Brötchen mit Butter und Marmelade, ein Croissant und ein Heißgetränk. Alles frisch und gut, was man nicht immer in Hotels dieser Kategorie erwarten kann. Das Hotel wird gerade renoviert, was sich aber während unseres Aufenhalt nicht bemerkbar machte. Die Lage, in einer realtiv ruhigen Seitenstraße, ist sehr gut. Die Metrostation ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Die Umgebung ist nett und nicht so touristisch. Einige Sehenswürdigkeiten (Montmartre, usw.) sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut.

Hôtel très facile d'accès (dans le 9ème) à 2 min à pied d'une station de métro. Quartier calme, propre avec nombreux restaurants pas chers. Logement sobre et bien tenu. Accueil chaleureux, p'tit dej complet.

One of the desk clerks was very helpful and provided me with a map, metro info and directions, the other was just plain rude. They did not speak English so I was only able to communicate by speaking Spanish because my French is poor. I had a taxi come to the hotel and it cost an additional $15 USD for a "reserved" taxi when I could have just gone out on the street and hailed a cab.

Bonjour, L'Hôtel est bien situé, il est dans un quartier animé et bien agréable; La rue est calme (ma chambre donnant sur la façade principale de l'immeuble ).Métro direct pour le centre de Paris ( Hôtel de ville / Chatelet)Comme tout hôtel qui prend de l'âge, les odeurs surannées s'imprégnent dans la moquette et les rideaux - peut être un lifting mais à quel prix pour la suite. Un petit désagrément, lors de ma réservation, je devais avoir une chambre sans salle de bain individuelle. En arrivant, on m'a indiqué l'octroi d'une chambre bien plus grande avec salle de bain individuelle et que le lendemain on me changerait.( hôtel complet) Agréable surpris et me mettant à disposition du changement, le lundi soir, en revenant, l'accueil m'indiquait que je gardais la chambre. Désagrément, au moment de la facturation, l'hotelier a voulu me compter un supplément au regard de mon occupation. J'ai montré la réservation et le prix affiché signalant que je n'ai me suis jamais opposé à tout changement et qu'à aucun moment on m'a parlé d'un tarif supplémentaire.( malgré tout j'ai voulu versé 10€) c'est régréttable- voila mes impressions. Llegamos mi novia y yo al hotel sobre las 10 de la noche y nos dice el recepcionista que hay un problema con la ducha y nos va a llevar a otro hotel, (en realidad lo tenían todo completo y se habían pasado por el forro nuestra reserva pero bueno) el otro hotel estaba bastante lejos y era de peor calidad pero yendo enamorados poco importa, jeje. Al dia siguiente llevamos las maletas nuevamente a nuestro hotel y ya por la noche entramos en la habitacion que nos habían dado, era muy grande y confortable asi que no hemos tenido queja. La mujer que ponía los desayunos era un poco borde, casi no nos deja desayunar un día porque habíamos bajado a las 9'25 cuando está abierto hasta las 9'30, pero no hubo problema. Al final todo bien y Paris precioso!!!

hôtel très bien situé, dans une rue calme, chambre insonorisée.Toutefois la chambre est un peu exigue pour 2 personnes! plafond tendu en barisol, donc propre ce qui n'est pas le cas de la douche dont le plafond est noir de moisissures (chambre 29). le petit déjeuner est un peu léger ! !! néanmoins rapport qualité/prix: très correct!

La situación del hotel está bien, nuestra habitación decente, pero ví otras mucho peor. La limpieza de la habitación se hacía tarde, a las 16h. todavía estaban limpiando, y el desayuno era muy pobre. La atención a los clientes no era buena. El hotel se merece una nota baja.

The room had a bad smell, maybe that was a room for smokers but nobody gave us the chance to ask for a non-smokers room. Pictures on the website did not match exactly with what we found. The room's ceiling had some holes closed with paper. We did not find enough bath towels and soaps for 3 persons, even though I had reserved a triple room.

Mucha gente me asustó diciendo que el alojamiento en Paris era muy pobre, que siempre estarian los hoteles sucios y que pagarias mucho por unos servicios muy deficientes. La verdad es que al precio que encontré este hotel me esperaba algo de este estilo, sin embargo, me encontré con un hotel a 30 metros de una estación de metro, no muy lejos de la zona del Louvre, y que gozaba de bastante buen aspecto. Dispone de comedor (sólo se sirven desayunos) bastante acojedor y el aspecto general de los pisos, pasillos y habitaciones es bueno. En recepción hablan francés e inglés, por lo que no hay muchos problemas para entenderse. Lo único que podria decir es que la ducha estaba fuera de la habitación (aunque hay habitaciones que tienen ducha propia, lo que yo no quise pagar más xD) y que la calefacción estaba un poco alta. En general me llevé muy buena impresión del hotel, y más tras haber recivido muy mala crítica de los hoteles de París.

El alojamiento es correcto, sencillo pero esta bastante bien situado y compensa. Los responsables de recpcion son correctos pero las personas que atienden en los desayunos y limpian las habitaciones son muy antipaticas, rozando la mala educación. Salvo por esto, el alojamiento es correcto.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was as good as a french breakfast could be. The bathroom was big with two washbasins, which was good when we are a family of four, but it flow water on the floor when we used the shower. It was very well located, close to the subway.

For this money (about €300 for 8 nights incl. breakfast) you could not expect something very good, but it was far better than I expected it to be! Pros: + 24 hour reception (felt secure) + Rooms had enough space (I had one without a private bathroom/toilet) + Wardrobe, sink & TV in room (although I did not turn the TV on) + Big comfortable (single) bed! (slept pretty good!) + Great value for your money! Cons: - You can hear noise pretty good from outside the room (people walking) and water from the room next to you (but this was not that annoying) - Breakfast was simple, but ok, but did not change the whole week (but still it did the job!) Overall: Rated 5/5 for the overall rating because it was very good for your money, for a budget hotel it is. I will recommend this hotel to others and will definitely go back to this hotel next time I'm in Paris!

Problem checking in but once that was sorted hotel was all you can expect from budget hotel in centre of Paris. Location was excellent and security and value for money were also good. Only thing was size of room but for money we paid and location we were kidding ourselves expecting any different.

El hotel está muy bien situado. Al lado de la línea de metro. El servicio estupendo, y la habitación muy amplia y limpia. Muy recomendable

La habitación con dos camas grandes y baño en la que estuvimos no nos defraudó. Las almohadas, lo peor: muy pequeñas y blandas. La primera noche nos dieron habitacion individuales sin baño y en plantas distintas. Nos dejó un poco chafadas. El desayuno muy rico y ¡servido en mesa!

Overall expectation of accomodation was good, apart for the fact that it would have been good if the quality of the breakfast had been improved. Also it would be good if the employees have better skills in Engilsh for non-french speaking guests.

Taken aback when we went up to the room on arrival and it hadn't been cleaned or made up from the last guests! But reception was very apologetic and the room was very well cleaned eventually. breakfast was very basic, would have been nice if the hotel details said what breakfast was, eg hot or cold, buffet or what you're given at the table.

The decor was a little shoddy and the beds are small. However the location is excellent and the staff are helpful. Good value if staying for a night and looking for somewhere cheap.

When you check-in at such hotels in general you dont have a big wallet or financial capacity. But it has a good location 1min to the metrostation Cadet so its allright to stay there just to get some sleep. Just one little thing: The walls are not soundproof at all! so bring earplugs if you have trouble sleeping.

The room was very plain it had only 2 beds and a small table. The bathroom was good in size but the shower only had a partial door which made showering without flooding the bathroom a task. The inner part of the exterior shutters were disgustingly filthy. The overall room was not worth what I paid for it. However the staff was very nice and the hotel was it a pretty decent location to sightsee Paris by foot.

El alojamiento está muy bien comunicado y en una zona tranquila. Relación calidad-precio está equilibrado. El estado de las habitaciones es antiguo aunque tiene la confortabilidad imprescindible.

Hola: gracias por esta encuesta estuve en el Hotel Cronstaldt de Paris excepcional fue el trato de su personal solicitos respetuosos y siempre ayudaron con una sonrisa al hotel le falta mantenimiento y mayor limpieza o tal vez mejorar su mobiliario.

No te preguntan que les pagues la diferencia hasta el finalesperan a que tu les digas algo. Los franceses son antipaticos en general hay escepciones.
