the hotel was everything we hoped for. Too bad we had a room on the street side which made it very noisy, but for the price we paid, the hotel was clean, everything we needed was available and it's in the centre of Paris. Too bad the check out lady didn't speak English which made the check out a little rusty and therefor seem unfriendly, but maybe that was because we didn't understand each other. Besides that the hotel was perfect.

the foyer was under construction, the elevator was out of order the day we left and this was a great nuisance in terms of carrying our luggage. The staff was not very welcoming, especially the night shift receptionist who did not open the front door for us during the night because he was "watching tv".

Hotel was under construction in lobby area. Room was very small -- hardly room for luggage. Location was good and it was, afterall, Paris, so the price was right!

the largest and most visible improvement would be to feel more welcome. Despite one receptionist, they gave you the impression of interrupting their work. No eyecontact or bon jour/au revoir -strange?
