Es un hotel con mucho encanto por las dimensiones y el barrio donde se encuentra.Me ha encantado su escalera de caracol de reducido tamaño, me ha gustado mucho el baño con su gran ventanal, la gente del hotel ha sido muy agradable y por poner algún pero, las toallas y las mantas deberían de ser remplazadas por otras nuevas

sprachlich gesehen war die rezeption bzw. der empfang in der pension nicht besonders gut. hier wurd sehr schlecht englisch gesprochen und meine tochter nur in den anfängen französich.

El hotel esta bien para el precio que tiene por noche, pero el trato del recepcionista al cliente por la noche deberia ser mejor. Estar dispuesto con amabilidad y no con mala cara por despertarlo a una hora determinada de llegada.

La stanza era come da foto. Attenzione a non farvi mettere d'estate all'ultimo piano e nell'ultima camera la 504 perchè farà caldissimo, a me è andata bene perchè sono andato a Maggio, ma il caldo si faceva già sentire. La reception è pessima e pensava solo a correggere la tua pronuncia francese.Molto fastidiosi.Zero disponibili quando gli ho chiesto un adattatore, mi hanno liquidato senza nemmeno ascoltarmi dicendomi di andarmelo a comprare. Prendevano in giro: ho chiesto se la reception chiudeva di notte e come dovevo fare per rientrare e mi hanno detto che dovevo rientrare prima delle 2 se no riaprivano alle 5??!! il giorno dopo di sabato chiedo ancora molto scocciato e mi rispondono "solo per te questa notte puoi rientrare quando vuoi".Ridicoli. Solo l'ultimo giorno c'è stato un signore piuttosto anziano alla reception che ci ha aiutato moltissimo per raggiungere l'aereoporto.Ottima la posizione vicinisima alla metro. Alla fine lo consiglio se non considerate la reception.
