The rooms were small but comfortable, the en suite triple room was a good idea as there seemed to be only a couple showers to share between all the floors.
There is no lift, but the floors are close together so you don't have to walk up too many stairs to get to the next flight.
There is no air con but our room had a big window that opened out onto the street. It was noisy outside but we had to have the window open otherwise it was too hot.
The staff were friendly and helpful and went beyond the call of duty to make sure you are happy. I was very late getting in and the receptionist stayed til I got there to make sure I got in O.K.
Plenty of leaflets in reception telling you about things going on around you and places of interest.
The hotel is a minutes walk away from two different Metro lines that take you directly into the city centre.
