Hôtel de l'horloge, Paris
With free Wi-Fi and kitchenettes, this collection of Paris studios is housed in a former fire station and situated on a tiny side street within a 5-minute walk of the Ménilmontant and the Rue Saint-Maur metro stations.
The Hôtel de l'Horloge is comprised of 46 studios organised around a long and bright courtyard, some of which come in duplex configurations. Each modern studio is well-equipped with a flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi as well as a private bathroom (except for the standard studios which include an in-room shower and sink and shared toilet facilities). All of the studios are self-catering and come with kitchenettes, while the deluxe studio includes a larger, fully-equipped kitchen.
The studio complex is gated and features excellent security with video surveillance and a night guard. Breakfast, room service, and a left-luggage office are available for your convenience.
From the property, the banks of the Seine and the incredible Notre-Dame Cathedral can be reached in 25 minutes with the metro, or pay a visit to the nearby Père Lachaise Cemetery where celebrities such as Jim Morrison, Edith Piaf, and Oscar Wilde are buried.
