les chambres sont confortables et très propres. La situation à 2 pas du métro est très appréciable. Plutôt calme ce qui est rare à Paris!

The TV was hard to work, instructions would of been helpful.
Asking if the customer would like a wake up call and saying whether it is free or not would be nice.
