Located on the 5th floor, the balcony overlooks the street. The interiors are simple and up-to-date with parquet floors and functional, modern furnishings. You are required to leave a SECURITY DEPOSIT of 300 euros which will be refunded on the day of departure if the apartment is in the same condition as of day of entry. Standard check-in time: between 10:00 - 16:00. However, other times between 8:00 - 20:00 can be arranged on demand. NO CHECK IN BEFORE OR AFTER THESE TIMES.

The apartment was clean and fairly well situated near the Bastille, with access to restaurants, markets, food stores and the metro. The price seemed reasonable. Refrigerator space is limited. There are no places near the door to hang your coat. Light bulbs have not necessarily been replaced after they burn out, so there are several light fixtures not working. But there is still ample lighting so that wasn't a concern. Overall, the sleeping, bathroom, dining and kitchen accomodations were quite good.
