Hotel Neptune is a simple, 2 star establishment in the south of Paris, on a little street in the 13th arrondissement, next to Place de l’Italie. This is a popular and busy area. Logement très sobre, services limités, propre. Situation tranquille. Le wifi gratuit manque. Le jour de l'arrivéé: plans de ville disponibles avec indications en chinois !!! Remplacé le lendemain par des plans en français. |
