The appartment was smaller than I expected and in my opinion a bit expensive. But even though I am satisfied since the location was great, our contact at the agency very helpfull and nice and the appartment was very clean and "fresh". |

El alojamiento es correcto todo en su sitio y muy limpio
, pero faltaron cosas como una plancha que ponia que la habia, una fregona por que a veces se caen cosas y tienes que recoger y limpiar. |

Great location and value for money. So quiet, wiht a semi privite courtyard, but also very close to the metro, sites and shops. Eva, the owner, was so welcoming and kind. It was my first time to Paris and I do not speak French, but I felt at home right away. Note to travelers, there is a lot of walking involved as the apartment is located in a hilly part of Paris. |

November 2007 |
I was in the Picasso Studio for 5 days in early November of 2007. It was such a delightful experience! It was in a great location- steps away from the bustle of tourists in one direction and quiet neighborhoods in another direction. It was very quiet, cozy and such a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring Paris. The window overlooked a semi-private outdoor courtyard. Eva, the owner, was extremely welcoming and kind. I felt right at home instantly. I only regret having to leave! The metro stop is very central to the heart of Paris and easy to navigate once you are there. It was my first trip to Paris but hardly my last.

Great location, very reasonable prices. It is worth noting that this property is on the top of Montmartre so the walk up is very steep which may not be easy for some people.Overall we were extremely satisfied with our stay. Victoria and Sophie who we dealt with were especially helpful and friendly. Excellent service all round. |
