The Citalys Appartement Dauphine is a 23 m2 studio located in the centre of the St.-Germain-des-Prés (6th arrondissement) on the banks of the Seine, just in front of the Ile de la Cité, one of the two small islands on the river flowing through the centre of Paris. From this excellent location, guests at the apartment can reach all the points of interest in the city of Paris such as the Notre Dame and the Latin Quarter, to name just a few. ...more details > This studio can sleep up to 2 people and is on the first floor of a building with a private interior patio. There is one main room which includes an enormous double bed, a commode with a TV, a night table with a lamp, a large mirror and a writing desk. One of the highlights of this apartment is the terrace which has a table and chairs. The kitchen is open plan and has all the amenities including a refrigerator, microwave, two electric heating plates, a kettle, electric coffee maker and a toaster, not to mention all the proper table settings for a meal. La ubicación es estupenda, muy cerca de los principales monumentos, museos... Y muy bien comunicado. Lo peor el ruido, las paredes del apartamento no aislaban el ruido y teníamos unos vecinos un poco ruidosos. Tampoco aislaba el ruido de los pasos de la gente que subía y bajaba por las escaleras del portal (no hay ascensor y las escaleras son de madera). Tampoco había mucha variedad en utensilios para cocinar (por ejemplo, no había cacerolas, solo cazos). Sin embargo el apartamento estaba fenomenal, muy cuidado y limpio. Y repito, la ubicación genial, en el Barrio Latino, con mucho movimiento en las calles y cerca de todo. Quizá el barrio un poco caro para comer. |
