A comfortable, intimate alternative to the traditional hotel stay, Charriere Apartment gives you an authentic feel for Parisian life in a diverse, upbeat neighbourhood with endless options within walking distance and superb public transport links on hand. This apartment has 1 bedroom (sleeps 2) containing 1 double bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room sleeping a maximum 2 persons more. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. It is located on the 6th floor, with a balcony overlooking the street. The interiors are simple and up-to-date with parquet floors and functional, modern furnishings. The full length of your stay is to be paid in CASH on arrival. CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. You are required to leave a SECURITY DEPOSIT of 300 euros which will be refunded on the day of departure if the apartment is in the same condition as of day of entry. The nearest metro is Voltaire (line 9), under 5 minutes from the apartment, getting you to the celebrated Opera Garnier, the superb shopping around the Grands Boulevards and the Arts et Metiers Museum of Science and Technology in around 15 minutes The emblematic Eiffel Tower and opulent Champs Elysees are around 20 minutes. The pulsating night life of Bastille is on your doorstep, and the futuristic opera house at Place de la Bastille a brisk 5 minutes away. Just 10 minutes on foot to the Place de la Republique and the eternally cool Marais district, with its hip bars and breathtaking architecture. アパートメントホテルには大変満足しています。環境も静かで駅からも近く、近所にスーパーも充実していてとても快適に過ごせました『パリで暮らす』という夢がかないました。
